Your Personal Knowledgebase

Any data intended to remain private can be incorporated into a personalized version of the knowledgebase.

Accessing Your Private Knowledgebase

  • Go to the Query the Knowledgebase menu.
  • Select categories from the Private category (it's the first one listed).
  • This private space is exclusive to you—no one else can view or access it.

Adding Artifacts to Your Private Knowledgebase

  • Open the Contribute to the Knowledgebase menu.
  • When submitting an artifact, select the Add to my private space option.

Removing Artifacts from Your Private Knowledgebase

  • While searching within your Private category.
  • In the search results, use the Remove option to delete any artifact you no longer want.
